The Balsamic

A sweet and sour condiment with low acidity, dark in color with amber highlights. Made from a balanced blend of cooked musts and excellent vinegars from Tuscan grapes.

The result is a product with remarkable balance and smoothness, with clean, plump, fine, and elegant aromas. Aged in fine wood barrels enhances its rich and intense aroma, characterized by a smooth, sweet tone with a subtle hint of tannins.

It's excellent on raw and grilled vegetables, added to sauces for boiled meats, and added in drops to mayonnaise, it's a wonderful flavor enhancer. It pairs well with frittatas and omelettes.
